Resilient Seal Gate Valves (RSV) – Flanged

The Woodlands Resilient Seal Gate Valve (Flanged) is an ISO-approved ductile-iron isolating valve for water reticulation and distribution networks. Its resilient EPDM-bonded wedge seals directly against a smooth, fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coated body bore, giving drop-tight shut-off with no bottom recess where grit and debris can collect.

  • Fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out for corrosion protection

  • Pressure rating PN16 (16 bar); body test 24 bar, seat test 18 bar

  • Temperature range 0–52 °C

  • Non-rising stem with resilient EPDM-bonded ductile-iron wedge

  • Available with handwheel or cap top

  • Available with flanged or socketed ends

  • Ductile-iron body, bonnet, cap and wedge core (EN-GJS-500-7); stainless-steel stem; bronze stem nut; EPDM seals
