The ACS-AP-W is ABB's assistant control panel with a built-in Bluetooth interface. It works exactly like the wired assistant panel, but also connects to the Drivetune mobile app so a drive can be commissioned and monitored from a phone or tablet. That is particularly useful where the drive sits inside a cabinet, at height, or in a location that is awkward to reach safely during commissioning. On HVACR drives the equivalent panel is the ACH-AP-W, which keeps the Hand-Off-Auto operating logic.
