The ACS180 is ABB's compact machinery drive, designed to deliver reliable machine operation and essential application control in the smallest possible footprint. Everything needed is supplied in a single ready-to-use package, including a built-in EMC filter and Safe Torque Off, which simplifies ordering and cuts commissioning cost. Coated circuit boards and minimised airflow through the electronics give it improved reliability in harsh conditions, and it shares the same tools, interface and parameter structure as the rest of ABB's all-compatible drives portfolio.
