ABB ACQ 80 Solar Variable Drive (Solar Application)
The ACQ80 is ABB's solar pump drive, built to run a pump from photovoltaic power rather than a diesel generator or the grid. It accepts a wide DC input directly from the array, and can also be supplied from AC mains where a hybrid or grid-backed installation is needed. Enclosure options run from an IP20 module for cabinet installation up to IP55 wall-mounted and IP54 cabinet units for outdoor and harsh-environment sites.
